Plans and changing them
Your subscription controls your monthly credits, image allowance, campaign slots, team seats and which modules are unlocked. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account settings; changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless you choose an immediate upgrade. The pricing page always shows the current plan catalog.
Credits
Text credits cover Writing, Campaign and Strategy generations. Image credits cover Design Studio and other visual generation. Credits reset monthly with your billing date and do not roll over. If you run out, one-off credit packs are available without changing your plan.
Invoices and payment
- Invoices are emailed to the account owner after every successful payment.
- Update your payment method in account settings under Billing.
- Failed payments retry automatically; the app stays readable but new generations pause.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Your Content Library stays intact, and you can export your saved content. Nothing is deleted automatically.
