How It Works
From Brand Setup to On-Brand Content in Three Steps
The Marketorium is built around one idea: teach it your business once, and every asset afterwards starts from your brand, not from a blank page.
The Marketorium is built around one idea: teach it your business once, and every asset afterwards starts from your brand, not from a blank page. The three steps below describe the whole system, but it is worth being precise about what each one asks of you, because the time budget matters when you are the one doing the marketing. Step one is the only heavy lift, and it is an hour, not a project. Steps two and three are minutes per asset, and they get faster every week as the platform learns your patterns.
Compare that to the alternative it replaces: re-explaining your business to a different tool every morning, fixing generic output by hand, and remembering last month's good work by scrolling your own sent folder. The three steps exist because consistency, speed and quality all come from the same source, a system that actually knows your business.

The three steps
Build Your Brand Brain
Import your website and documents or take the guided interview. Approve the facts, voice and audiences the platform learns about your business.
The Brand Brain is deliberately designed around one conviction: a machine that doesn't know your business can only produce content about a business like yours, not yours. So the first step is capture. Import your website and the platform reads your public pages for facts, services and tone signals. Upload the documents that hold your best thinking: your service list, your FAQ, that brand summary you wrote three years ago. Then answer the guided interview, which asks the questions a good marketer would ask on their first day: who buys from you, what do they hire you for, what do you want to be known for, what phrases do you never want to see in your copy.
Everything the platform extracts lands in a pending queue, not your content. You approve each item, correct the near-misses, and reject the misses, and that approval step is what turns imported information into trusted knowledge. Most businesses get to a working baseline in under an hour, and the Brand Brain keeps deepening as you use the platform, learning from your edits and suggesting permanent rules for the patterns it notices. It is the step that makes every later step easy.
About Brand BrainTell Us What You're Creating
Pick a format, channel and goal, then describe what you need in plain language.
The second step is the part that used to be a blank page: deciding what to create. Pick a format from the catalog, email, social post, blog, ad, script, landing page, choose the channel, and describe what you need in plain language: the goal, the audience, the offer, the deadline, anything that matters. No prompt engineering, no templates to fill, no special vocabulary. If you can brief a colleague, you can brief the studio.
Your brand context is attached automatically. You never re-explain your company, never paste your style guide, never re-type your audience description: the Brand Brain supplies all of it behind the scenes on every request. And when you're not sure what to create at all, the Strategy Studio exists for exactly that moment, turning a goal into a prioritized plan whose recommendations convert straight into drafts. Step two is where you spend your judgment, and it takes minutes, not hours.
About Writing StudioGenerate, Refine, and Export
Generate on-brand drafts, refine with AI-assisted revisions, check with the Brand Guardian, and export or copy when you're ready.
The third step is where the leverage lives. Generate the draft, which arrives in your voice with your facts applied, then work the revision loop: ask for shorter, punchier, friendlier, or a specific change, and the studio revises rather than restarts, with version history behind every save. Send anything important through the Brand Guardian for a consistency score with findings you can act on, or run a whole campaign's outputs through it in one pass.
When a piece is ready, it leaves on your terms: copy it, export it as text, Markdown, PDF or Word, or schedule it from your content calendar. Nothing publishes without you, which is a principle, not a limitation, because your name is on everything. Then the loop feeds itself: edits become learned preferences, drafts become library assets, library assets become repurposing sources, and the next blank page never arrives.

What you need before you start
Less than you'd think. For step one, you need a website URL to import and, ideally, one or two documents that hold your best thinking, a service list, an FAQ, an old brand summary. If you have none of those, the guided interview alone is enough: it asks the questions a good marketer would ask on their first day and turns your spoken answers into structured, approvable knowledge. Nothing is required in a special format, and nothing needs to be perfect before you start; the Brand Brain is designed to be enriched in the ordinary course of use.
For step two, you need to know what you want to make, and if you don't, the Strategy Studio's job is to figure that out with you. For step three, you need nothing at all except the judgment you already apply to everything your business says: read the draft, keep what's right, change what isn't, export when it's ready. There is no marketing vocabulary to learn and no prompt engineering. If you can explain your business to a new hire, you can run every step in this loop.
