Practical thinking on brand voice, AI content creation and small-business marketing.
This blog is written for the people who actually do the marketing in a small business: owners, co-founders, the person with the other job title. Every article is built the way we'd want to read one, practical from the first paragraph, honest about trade-offs, and specific enough to act on the same week. You'll find two kinds of writing here: guides that solve a problem end to end, like building a brand voice or running a campaign in a week, and shorter pieces on the craft of making content that sounds like you when a machine is holding the pen.
Start with whatever hurt most recently. If your content sounds like four different companies wrote it, the brand voice guides are the place to begin. If marketing eats more hours than it should, the batching and automation pieces will give you a month of your time back. And if you're just curious what AI can and can't responsibly do for a business your size, the AI-and-Google piece is the honest answer we give our own customers. New articles publish regularly; the best ones answer questions we hear from businesses like yours.
