Acceptable Use Policy

Draft, October 2026

This draft policy describes what the The Marketorium service may and may not be used for. It applies to everyone with an account.

Purpose

The Marketorium exists to help businesses create their own marketing content. The service must not be used in ways that are unlawful, harmful to others, or unfair to other customers.

Prohibited content

Do not use the service to create or distribute: content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity; malware or malicious code; content that harasses, defames, discriminates against or incites harm against people; sexually explicit material involving minors or otherwise illegal adult content; deceptive content such as scams, fake reviews or impersonation; misinformation intended to cause harm.

Prohibited conduct

Do not: infringe intellectual property rights, including importing or generating content from material you have no rights to; spam or send bulk unsolicited marketing using the service; attempt to access other customers' data or workspaces; scrape, probe or stress-test the service without written permission; circumvent plan limits, usage controls or rate limits; resell access to the service without a written agreement.

Brand information accuracy

Brand information you approve into your Brand Brain should be truthful and yours to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, claims and offers you provide.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and involve legal authorities where required. Where practical, we will notify you of an enforcement action and the reason for it.

Reporting

If you see content or behavior that violates this policy, report it through the contact page.

Rate limits and fair use

To keep the platform fast and fairly priced for everyone, generation endpoints apply reasonable rate limits. Hitting a rate limit is normal during heavy batching; the tool will tell you and resume shortly. Circumventing limits, for example by splitting work across accounts, is a violation rather than a workaround.

Impersonation and likeness

Do not create content that impersonates a real person or organization, or that uses the likeness, voice or trademark of others without clear rights. Review generated imagery before use, and do not attempt to reproduce identifiable people or protected marks in prompts.

Regulated industries

Businesses in regulated fields (for example healthcare, finance and legal services) may use the service, but remain responsible for ensuring their content complies with their professional and regulatory obligations. The Brand Guardian checks consistency with your rules; it does not provide compliance review.

Enforcement appeals

If your account is suspended and you believe the action was mistaken, reply to the enforcement notice or contact us through the contact page with the word "appeal." A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it, and we will reinstate accounts where the evidence supports it.

Coordinated inauthentic behavior

Do not use the service to operate networks of fake accounts, fake reviews, astroturfing campaigns or similar coordinated inauthentic behavior on any platform. This harms the audiences our customers serve and the platforms they publish on, and it is grounds for immediate termination.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and the law evolve. Material changes will be communicated to account holders, and the revision date at the top of the page will change. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
