Open the Brand Brain
From your dashboard, choose Brand Brain in the left navigation. If this is a new workspace, you will see the setup checklist — that is normal.
Write your business profile
In one or two sentences, state what you sell and to whom. Add a third sentence on what makes you different from competitors. Be concrete: "handmade ceramics glazed in small batches" beats "quality artisan products".
Define your brand voice
Pick three to five adjectives (for example: warm, practical, never pushy). Then paste one or two real pieces of your writing you love — an email or a social post. Real examples teach the platform faster than adjectives alone.
Describe your audience
Say who buys from you, what they are trying to achieve, and what holds them back. Include who is NOT your customer — exclusion sharpens every future generation.
Add your offers and any rules
List your current products or services with prices so content never promotes something outdated. Add restrictions, such as words to avoid or claims you cannot legally make.
Test it
Go to the Writing Studio and generate a short social post about your main offer. If it does not sound like you, sharpen the voice examples rather than rewriting everything — one good example is worth five adjectives.
Tip: You can update the Brand Brain any time; new generations pick up changes immediately. Review it at least quarterly.
