Open the Campaign Studio
Choose Campaign Studio from the left navigation and press New Campaign.
Define the goal and audience
One campaign, one goal. "Book 20 strategy calls in November" is a goal; "get more customers" is a wish. Name the audience segment from your Brand Brain.
Set the dates and phases
Give the campaign a start and end date. Keep at least two weeks for anything with a launch: a tease phase, the launch itself, and a follow-up. The studio builds the schedule from these dates.
Review the plan before generating
The studio proposes which assets to create per phase and channel. Delete anything you will not use now — generating costs credits, and unused assets are the most common waste.
Generate the assets
Approve the plan and generate. Emails, social posts and ad copy are written in your brand voice and appear in the campaign's timeline, each editable.
Publish and track
Work through the timeline as dates arrive: send emails, post the social content, switch ads on. Mark each item done so the dashboard reflects reality, and archive the campaign when it ends.
Tip: Archiving a finished campaign frees a campaign slot on your plan without deleting any of its assets.
