How workspaces work
A workspace holds one brand: its Brand Brain, content library, campaigns and settings. Most businesses need one. If you run several distinct brands — an agency, or a founder with a side business — you can hold multiple workspaces and switch between them; your plan sets how many you can own.
Inviting your team
- Open Settings and choose Team, then invite by email address.
- Each seat on your plan is an active team member; invite as many as your seats allow.
- Members share the workspace's Brand Brain and library, and can create in every studio.
- Remove a member any time — their seat frees up immediately for someone else.
Roles
The workspace owner controls billing, plan changes, member management and the Brand Brain's rule fields. Members can create, edit and publish content. Simple is deliberate: everyone in a workspace is trusted with the brand; only the owner can change what the brand is.
Good habits
- Invite whoever publishes — the point is that they create inside the brand, not outside it.
- Keep one workspace per brand; do not mix two businesses in one.
- Review the team list quarterly and remove people who have moved on.
