What the Content Library is
The Content Library is the single home for everything the studios produce: drafts, finals, images, campaign assets and the posts they belong to. Everything is searchable by text, format, status and date.
How it is organized
- Items are grouped by the campaign or post they belong to.
- Status labels show what is a draft, what is approved and what is published.
- Full-text search finds a phrase anywhere in your saved content.
- Filters narrow by format (blog, email, social, image) and date range.
Reusing content
Any saved item can be duplicated, edited or sent back to a studio for a refresh. This is where repurposing starts: last quarter's blog post is this quarter's email series. Nothing is deleted when a campaign is archived — assets stay in the library.
Storage and plans
Every plan includes the Content Library. Very large libraries load a page at a time — use search and filters rather than scrolling, and you will always find things fast.
